Social media is huge at the moment and offers savvy entrepreneurs the opportunity to make money with Facebook by promoting their product or opportunity with very little effort. If people wanted information about what service you offer or what product you retail they would ask you for it, it is your job through social media to get them to ask you for that information, by offering high quality, valuable content.
